Alex Jones has clearly denied Laura Loomer’s claim that she pushed him to investigate Candace Owens, saying he acted on his own and does not take direction from anyone. The media host addressed the issue after Loomer publicly said she was responsible for making Jones see what she called Owens’ “malicious” behavior.

The dispute is tied to Owens’ recent claims about the death of Charlie Kirk, which Jones has strongly pushed back on. As the situation grew louder online, Jones stepped in to clear the air. In a video shared on X on December 25, he explained why he criticized Owens and why Loomer’s attempt to take credit crossed a line. His comments added another layer to an already heated public fight involving unverified claims, personal accusations, and rising tension within conservative media circles.

The tension began after Candace Owens shared unverified claims on her December 18 podcast. During the episode, she interviewed Mitch Snow, who said he saw Erika Kirk and Brian Harpole at Fort Huachuca in Arizona one day before Charlie Kirk’s death. The claims quickly sparked backlash.Soon after, Alex Jones posted multiple videos and messages on X, pushing back on Owens’ statements. On December 24, Jones wrote that it was “incredibly clear” that Owens’ claims were “all premeditated manipulation.”

Laura Loomer then quote-tweeted Jones and said she was “responsible” for pushing him to see how “malicious and insane” Owens was. She claimed she had spoken to Jones weeks earlier and influenced his actions.Jones strongly denied that narrative the next day. In a December 25 video on X, he said Loomer injected herself into the situation for attention. He explained that he initially suspected a cover-up in Charlie Kirk’s death and did not target Owens right away.

He said he spoke out only after Owens began attacking Turning Point USA.

Addressing Laura Loomer directly, Jones said:“I get this text message from Laura Loomer, going, you know, Merry Christmas. And a thing to X with her saying, I’m the one someone knows that convinced him to go after her. She knew full well that would just inject herself in this controversy, stir it all up, let everybody say she’s my handler… I’ve known her for 10 years.

I still see her as a friend, but I hold her at arm’s length.”Loomer later responded, saying she did not understand why Jones was upset. She said she was only complimenting him and was not trying to pull a “stunt.”At the same time, Laura Loomer continued posting strongly worded messages against Candace Owens, defending Erika Kirk and accusing Owens of cruelty. In one post, Loomer wrote that Owens was being “very malicious” toward Charlie Kirk’s wife.

In another, she accused Owens of jealousy.Owens, meanwhile, has continued to criticize Turning Point USA’s handling of leadership after Charlie Kirk’s death, including comments she made during an interview with Russell Brand. As tensions grew, Erika Kirk and Candace Owens reportedly met privately on December 15, though no details from that meeting have been shared publicly. Also Read: Candace Owens Love Rumors Over Charlie Kirk Resurface As TikTok Fuels Jealousy Talk Around Erika Kirk
