The SSC GD Constable 2026 examination has been cancelled at several centres following severe overcrowding and seating capacity breaches. Some venues reported over 800 candidates against a capacity of around 339 to 399, prompting suspension of shifts. The Staff Selection Commission has announced that affected exams will be rescheduled from May 27 onwards. Revised admit cards will be issued on ssc.gov.in, and candidates must complete Aadhaar e-KYC verification at new centres as part of security protocols.
